Second ETHZ Open House Event (February 13, 2009)

We organise this second open-house event at ETH Zürich to demonstrate the real-time performance of the multiuser MIMO testbed. The first open-house event was held on February 22, 2008. This final public MASCOT event is scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2009 from 09:00 to 17:00. Registration for this event will be opened soon.

The goal of this open house event is to demonstrate the real-time multiuser MIMO testbed that has been developed at ETH Zurich, partly within the 6th framework EU project MASCOT. In particular, its multi-user extension, its real-time feature, and the efficient implementation of the various physical and medium access layer algorithms will be emphasized. Furthermore, coverage and capacity gains that can be achieved through MIMO will be demonstrated.
